18/08/2008
Rising young co-driver Seb Marshall recently contested his debut event in the World Rally Championship, when he competed on Rallye Deutschland.
The opportunity to navigate for Scottish driver Richard Moore in his Ford Fiesta ST came about through Marshall's involvement with the MSA British Rally Academy.
"It's great to finally get a WRC event under my belt" said Marshall, "I'm very grateful to Richard for giving me this great opportunity, which I've gained a lot from."
“The notoriously difficult German stages proved to be a great place to learn more about competing at the top level." commented Seb "I was able to apply all the knowledge I’ve accumulated from the MSA British Rally Academy training, and finished the rally with a list of points to benefit my co-driving in the future.
Upon returning from Germany Seb will head straight to Northern Ireland where he will resume his British Rally Championship campaign alongside Adam Gould.
